1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the I Love to Model website (“ilovetomodel.com,” “we,” “us,” or “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Platform Description and Purpose
I Love to Model is a casting aggregation and model directory platform. We aggregate casting calls from various sources and provide models with tools to create profiles, upload portfolio photos, and discover opportunities. We act as an informational intermediary and do not directly employ, represent, or manage any models or talent. We do not guarantee that any user will receive casting opportunities, bookings, or employment through the Platform.
5. Membership Tiers and Payments
The Platform offers free and paid membership tiers. Free accounts have limited features, including restricted portfolio photo uploads. Paid memberships (Pro and VIP) unlock additional features such as expanded photo slots, enhanced profile visibility, and access to premium casting listings. All fees are charged at the time of purchase. Subscription memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including profile photos, portfolio images, and biographical information (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant I Love to Model a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and promoting your profile. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you upload and that your content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonate another person or entity; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any person’s rights; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform using automated tools; interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts; or use the Platform to solicit users for services unrelated to legitimate modeling and casting opportunities.
8. Casting Listings Disclaimer
Casting listings displayed on the Platform are aggregated from third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to verify the legitimacy of listings but cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any casting call, the ability of casting directors to fulfill their stated terms, or the quality of any opportunity presented. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any casting opportunity before applying or attending. We strongly recommend never paying upfront fees to any casting entity and exercising caution with any request for personal information beyond what is standard in the industry.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, software, and the I Love to Model brand — are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your User Content following termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I Love to Model and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I Love to Model and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
