When you build your model profile, you may choose to provide additional information such as your location (city and state), physical attributes (height, weight, measurements), biographical details, experience level, skills, social media handles, phone number, contact email, website, agency affiliation, and ethnicity. You may also upload a profile photo and portfolio images. All profile information beyond your name and email is voluntary.

Payment Information

If you purchase a paid membership, your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We may retain the last four digits of your card number, card type, and transaction records for billing and support purposes.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. We collect this information through server logs and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; create and manage your account; display your model profile and portfolio to other users and visitors of the Platform; process membership payments and manage subscriptions; send you service-related communications (account confirmations, billing notices, security alerts); respond to your inquiries and support requests; enforce our Terms of Service; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Profile Visibility

Your model profile, including your display name, profile photo, portfolio images, location, physical attributes, and professional information, may be publicly visible on the Platform and indexed by search engines. This is a core function of the Platform — helping you gain visibility for casting opportunities. If you do not want certain information to be publicly visible, do not include it in your profile. You can edit or remove profile information at any time through your Account settings.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with: service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services; law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
